Stress not only makes you tense and anxious mentally, but it can also seriously impact your physical health. In order to learn how to make things better, you have to understand how you became stressed in the first place. That's where this audio program comes in. In track 1-the Best Information-you will hear a condensed examination of the 25 most powerful, effective findings on this topic. The result is life-changing guidance to help you successfully decrease your tensions and worries and enjoy peace and serenity. Then in track 2-Subliminals-Goal Imprinting-you will receive unique bi-level programming that will be accepted by your subconscious mind, essentially wiring it for success. You can play this track anywhere while you're awake, or it can be used as ultra-powerful sleep programming. (Note: the instructions for using track 2 are at the end of track 1.)Dick Sutphen was a psychic researcher, past-life therapist, prolific author, and popular speaker. He began his career offering his metaphysical seminars in the late 1960s around Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Sedona, Arizona, and since then over 250,000 people have attended one of his Sutphen Seminars, retreats, or workshops. He authored 25 books, including the million-copy bestseller You Were Born Again to Be Together, and he was the first person to put hypnosis programming on audio for sale, creating over 900 audio products between 1976 and 2011. A leader in the field of hypnosis, Dick was honored with many awards throughout his career, including an honorary lifetime membership to the International Hypnosis Federation and the Lifetime Achievement Humanitarian Award presented by the Hypnotherapy Academy in May 2019.
