He received a BA in English and Creative Writing from Stanford University and earned an MFA in Film and Television Production from USC's School of Cinematic Arts. He has since split his time between the City of Angels and the deserts of Arizona with his wife and two children. Shadow of the Eternal Watcher is his first novel.
