"For the Master's Sake" is a novel by an English novelist, Emily Sarah Holt, famous for their protestant views. The book is partly based on real historical events, and although most of the personages are fictitious, John Laurence and Agnes Stone really existed. The plot offers strong opposition, clashes, and unexpected turns.
